According to UNESCO, more than 900 journalists died in the last 11 years during their professional duties.

"Over the past 11 years, nearly 930 journalists have been murdered for conveying news and information to the public." the international organization notes that an average of one death was reported in four days."

It is also mentioned that "in  9 out of ten cases, murders of journalists were unpunished."

On November 2 UNESCO celebrates the International Day for the Elimination of Juvenile Delinquency, reports RIA Novosti.
