Desserts: pear in wine

Ingredients:

pear, 1 pc.

dry red wine, 150 ml

cinnamon, chopped, 1 stick

cardamom a few pieces

carnation a few pieces

black pepper, a few peas

sugar, 1 tablespoon

water, 0.5 cups.

Preparation:

Put a small frying pan on the fire, pour a half cup of water, add all the spices and sugar. Bring the water to a boil, stirring so that the sugar is completely dissolved. Cook 3-5 minutes on low heat.

While the syrup is boiling, clean the pear and remove the bones. pour red wine into boiling syrup and put pears.

Serve on a dessert plate filled with thick syrup.
