In such a situation, only joint, bilateral and multilateral actions can be productive. The Lazarev Club will conduct its work publicly and openly, by organizing meetings, round table discusiions and public hearings in Russia and Armenia. We hope that the meetings in the Club will help form a positive attitude for further constructive work to strengthen mutual trust and allied cooperation for the benefit of the peoples of our countries, in the interests of ensuring security and stability throughout the Greater Caucasus region”.
