Moscow believes the latest agreements between Baku and Yerevan on the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement will not remain on paper. This was announced on Wednesday by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov after talks with his Serbian counterpart Ivica Dacic, TASS reports.

"Following the meeting in Moscow on April 15, the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia, feeling the atmosphere in which work is now taking place, I have reason to believe that both Baku and Yerevan are interested in this agreement not being left on paper this time, - said Lavrov. - We will help in this [implementation]".
